Underscore
An underscore is a lovely finishing touch—not just for appearances, but as a statement of your ability to be self-reliant and comfortable with notoriety. Have it curved, gentle, and extending from the beginning of your first name to the end of your last name.
The underscore represents a platform on which to stand. Make it gentle and flowing, yet stable. You can draw it in one of two ways. The first way is to finish writing your name, pick up the pen and draw it from left to right.
A second way is possible if your last name ends with a letter that lends itself to creating a paraph that will naturally go in a leftward direction. Remember to have the final stroke going off in a rightward direction.
